Use the rope as a station in your functional training circuit. Ideal for battling rope workout and Tug of War competitions. A battling rope regimen includes the following exercises. Double Ripple, Alternate Ripple, Side to Side, Alternate Side to Side, Double Twist, Double Wiggle, Squat and Pull. Available in 2" diameter poly Dacron rope. Ends are whipped with twine, shrink wrapped and sealed with a rubber cap. Designed not to fray or to unravel.
