Fisher Athletic will use its ground carrier of choice for ground shipments.
Shipments that must be shipped via Freight will be awarded to the company
that provides the best pricing. The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges unless there was a written contract between the customer and
Fisher Athletic that depicts otherwise.
Shipments of Fisher products leave the factory in perfect condition.
If a product is delivered short or in a damaged condition, it is the
responsibility of the delivering carrier. Customers receiving shipments
should carefully inspect the cartons for damage before signing the
delivery receipt. All shortages and damage should be noted on the
delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
If a product is found to be damaged after being removed from its box,
notify Fisher Athletic and the delivering carrier immediately. Ask
the carrier to fill out a "Concealed Damage Report". Normally, there
is a 10-day grace period within which to file a claim.
Freight Claims: Fisher Athletic Equipment is not responsible for
lost or damaged freight. Freight claims must be filed against the
delivering carrier. Replacement merchandise will be sent only after
the freight claim is accepted by the delivering carrier.
If a shipment is refused for any reason, and the merchandise is
returned to the factory, the customer will be charged for all
freight and a re-stocking charge of 20%.
Allow 4 weeks for delivery. Fisher Athletic does not guarantee
delivery time. Order before June 1st to avoid the pre-season rush.
Expedited shipping is available upon the customer's request.
The customer is responsible for all costs that are associated
with expedited shipping.
Call customer service for freight estimates. Fisher
Athletic attempts to ship all orders at the lowest possible
freight cost. Freight quotes are subject to change without
notice. Fisher Athletic is not responsible for differences
between estimated and actual freight charges. Residential
delivery will incur an additional freight charge.
