Call our customer service at 1-800-438-6028 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must be clearly labeled with a Return Authorization (RA) number acquired from our customer service department. Shipping instructions will be provided at the time of the call. All returns must be returned free of ware and damage.

There is a 20% restocking fee that will be assessed for any returns that are returned not because of a defect. Returns covered under warranty will be repaired and returned at our earliest convenience.

All returns must be shipped prepaid.
