Dual Step
The Mighty Step is designed as a special agility trainer.
The stepover is made of heavy, dense foam (40 lbs.) that allows players to step / hop and quickstep up and down without the stepover giving way or moving along the ground.
A firm 12”top allows for improved footwork. Also may be used on inside gym floors.

Direct Step
This specially designed stepover has color-coded directional step arrows and is designed to improve a player’s agility and mobility.
The stepover top has three sets of multi-colored arrows which allow players to react (step) to
colored cadence calls.
